• Each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.
• The name, phone number, and banking details you provide at registration must be accurate. False information will cause account verification to fail and may result in your withdrawal being blocked.
• Keep your account password confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, contact bet229 support immediately.

03 Age Restrictions & Eligibility

Bet229 is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform. Providing a false age during registration will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• Bet229 may request documents for age verification at any time.
• Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

To deposit at bet229, you must use an approved payment method such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally instant, though banking issues may occasionally cause delays of up to 15 minutes.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Processing is typically completed within 5–15 minutes, but may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to your registered payment account — not to any third-party account.

General Bonus Terms

• A wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 10x–30x).
• Maximum bet limits apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Withdrawing before meeting the promotional wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bet229 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to exploit the system — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

06 Betting Rules

Before placing bets on bet229, please familiarize yourself with the rules below. Following them correctly will help you avoid any disputes.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the match itself is cancelled.
• Bets are never cancelled due to odds changes — you will always be paid at the odds locked in when your bet was placed.
• If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, your stake will be refunded.
• Bet229 will not be held liable for unconfirmed bets in live betting caused by network issues.

Payout Calculation

Payout = Stake × Odds. bet229 ensures all payouts are accurate. If you believe there is a discrepancy, please contact support within 24 hours — claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet229. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Match Fixing: Involvement in match-fixing or manipulation of any match or event outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using bet229 for the purpose of money laundering.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• System Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to bet229's software or servers.
• Chargeback Abuse: Filing a chargeback on a deposit after winnings have already been withdrawn.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Bet229 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause within these terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 360 days).

To close your account, contact support. Please withdraw your balance before the account is closed. Self-exclusion is also available under our Responsible Gaming policy.

09 Responsible Gaming

Bet229 believes betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. That's why responsible gaming is a top priority for us.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere between 6 months and permanently.

Continued use of bet229 after any changes have taken effect will be considered your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you have 30 days to close your account.
